Delivery Information

Orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer using a Common Carrier/Freight Company. Orders containing more than one item may ship from multiple warehouses at different times.

Product Availability Time

To ensure that all orders are inspected before shipment we have a cut off time of 7:00 am (Eastern Standard Time). Most bases are stocked and delivered right away. Some models and sizes may two weeks. Usually the best sellers leave our docks with 72 hours.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders received on major holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Our Free Standard Shipping is designed to give you the best service possible. Every order includes free standard delivery to your door for home assembly. Optional white glove service is available for a fee of $325. Shipping with White Glove Service includes full set up and removal of packaging crates. Standard Shipping drops at curb. Customers must arrange to bring the item into their home and dispose of packaging themselves. Set up is not complicated and directions are included. However, the power bases are heavy and may require two people to fully set up.

Optional White Glove delivery service available at additional cost.

Most of the time we will ship your order via Common Carrier. Keep in mind that some products, because of weight and contents, will not be allowed to ship via UPS. In that case we will use a Common Carrier and additional charges may be incurred. Our Free Shipping is valid within United States. Exceptions: Hawaii, Virgin Island, Alaska, Puerto Rico.

Pricing/Additional Charges

While desires to maintain prices from catalog to catalog, often circumstances arise that are unexpected, yet warranted, where an immediate price adjustment must be made. As in any industry, we experience increases that are unavoidable. Fuel surcharges seem to be the most common of these. We only charge surcharges as we are charged by our vendors and Common Carrier partners. You will be advised in advance of any additional charge and have the right to cancel or continue with your order. We appreciate your willingness to work with us during these times and pledge our effort to control these costs.

Product Availability proudly offers more than 100 items online. Occasionally, due to manufacturer updates and discontinuations, some products in our data base may no longer be available. This is a rare occurrence, but still a possibility beyond our control. In such cases, refunds will be issued in a timely manner and every effort will be made to notify the customer via email. Credits or product substitutions are also available at the customer’s discretion.


Payments method accepted (All orders must be paid in U.S. Dollars).

Taxes charge sales tax on orders billed in Florida. There is no sales tax charged to any other area.

Picture Quality

We go to great efforts to make sure we have the best quality product images. Most of these images are direct from the manufacturer and the same image used in catalogs and on other web sites. But with all images you should be aware that different computers and different operating systems often display images slightly differently. The colors in the images you see may be brighter or darker than the colors in the actual product.

Your Purchase

You are ordering a power foundation only. No mattress is included. These units serve as a foundation for your bed, taking the place of a standard box spring. When purchasing a mattress we suggest you check with the manufacture to ensure its compatibility with an adjustable foundation. We have found that the best mattresses for these foundations are made of latex or memory foam and are 8 to 10 inches thick. Organic mattresses will be available for purchase on in the near future. Please check back often for updates and specials.

Damage Claims

All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed in an approved manner when leaving the Leggett & Platt Fashion Bed warehouse. It is the consignee’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival. Upon inspection, if any exterior carton damage is observed, the consignee should immediately inspect the contents and refuse delivery of the damaged product only.If the damage is concealed the freight company should be notified within 24 hours to file a claim.

Returns adheres to the return policy set forth by the manufacturer. Generally Leggett and Platt doesn’t accept returns on Adjustable Bases.
